OBJECTIVE

Staying flexible is difficult, however through passive stretching and massage the body is able to recover from races quicker and enhance future performance.

Personal Summary

My main focus at The Stretching Company is to passively assist the client into becoming more flexible through range of motion exercises. Also through massage therapy, I am able to prepare the client for races and post race lactic recovery. I work with everyone that would not only like to become more flexible but that would also like to speed up the process of an injury that they may have. I work with many athletes (triathletes, tennis players, football players and dancers) along with rehab patients and special case patients (cerebral palsy, MS, and Parkinson’s disease). I am very dedicated to my field and encourage anyone with muscle tightness or spasms to see me so I can help to make them better. I will also be working on my acupuncture license in the near future. I was born on May 19, 1971 and grew up in Miami Fl. I married with Kym 4 years before. I have 2 children Jake (4 months) and Elyssa ( 21 Months).
