Coach’s Tip:

: “North Carolina is hard training ground and it will make you mentally and physically tough. Remember to pack clothes for hot and/or cold and wet conditions. You never know what the mountains will bring at this fantastic camp.”

Fifth Annual Blue ridge Mountain Training Camp
April 16 - 20, 2008

We’re at it again in one of the most exciting and challenging places to train in the US. The Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina offer majestic scenery and training roads only rivaled by the Rockies and the Pyrenees. As always your accommodations, coaching, nutritional support, mechanical support and much more are covered by your training camp fee.

Daily sessions will include swimming, cycling and running through the majestic mountains of Western North Carolina. Other sessions include mental skills training, proper biomechanics and nutrition. Each day will begin with breakfast on the house and end with a nightly debrief. We will take full advantage of the mountains in North Carolina and will ride the very same mountains where Lance Armstrong rode his best Tour Dupont.
